Rilavo utilizes an international direct-to-consumer delivery network to supply curated items from manufacturing centers directly to your doorstep. This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines our shipping timelines, tracking procedures, custom clearance guarantees, and lost package protections.


Section 1 – Order Processing and Dispatch Timeline

All orders placed on the Site undergo a brief verification process to ensure payment clearance and shipping address validity. Orders are processed, packaged, and dispatched from global supplier warehouses within **3 to 5 business days** of order confirmation. Once your package is handed over to the international courier, a dispatch notice containing a tracking code will be sent to your email.

Section 2 – Shipping Origins and Sourcing Model

By purchasing from Rilavo, you acknowledge that orders are dispatched directly from overseas partner warehouses (primarily in China). Standard domestic shipping services within Nigeria are utilized for the final delivery leg.

Section 3 – Delivery Zones & Estimated Timelines

Delivery estimates represent the total time from order dispatch to receipt. While we make every effort to deliver packages within these timelines, they are estimates and subject to international transit conditions:

  • Nigeria (Lagos Base & Major Hubs): 15 to 22 business days from the date of dispatch.
  • Nigeria (Regional & Remote Areas): 18 to 25 business days from the date of dispatch.
  • West Africa (Ghana, etc.): 15 to 28 business days from the date of dispatch.
  • International Shipping: 20 to 30 business days from the date of dispatch.

Section 4 – Customs Duties, Import Clearance, and Pricing Guarantee

International shipping typically subjects packages to customs inspections, duties, and clearing fees. Rilavo guarantees that all customs clearances, import tariffs, handling charges, and local clearing fees are fully managed and prepaid by our logistics network. The total price paid at checkout is final. You will not be asked to pay any additional customs fees, import taxes, or local agent clearing surcharges upon the delivery of your package.

Section 5 – Shipment Tracking

You can track the progress of your delivery using the tracking link provided in your shipment confirmation email. Please allow **3 to 5 business days** from dispatch for the tracking information to update on the carrier’s portal. If your tracking code does not display data after 7 business days, please contact our support team at support@rilavo.com.

Section 6 – Delivery Coordination and Unsuccessful Attempts

When your package arrives in your destination city, our local domestic courier partner (e.g., local delivery agents in Lagos/Nigeria) will contact you via phone or SMS to coordinate a delivery window. It is your responsibility to keep your phone line active and accessible.

If the courier is unable to reach you after **three (3) separate delivery attempts**, the package will be returned to our local logistics hub. In this event, you must contact our support team to arrange re-delivery, which may be subject to a secondary local shipping fee.

Section 7 – Lost Package Protection Guarantee

We guarantee the delivery of your orders. If a package is not delivered within **45 business days** from the official dispatch date, the package is declared lost. In this instance, you are eligible for a **full refund** back to your source account or a **free replacement** shipment, at your sole discretion.
